Home Theater · Houston
The room disappears.
The story takes over.
We design cinema around the emotional result: an image with scale, dialogue that feels anchored, bass with authority and an Atmos field that makes the walls disappear.
Our point of view
A theater is a room before it is a rack of equipment.
Buying expensive speakers does not create a great theater by itself. The room, seating position, speaker angles, acoustic treatment, projection geometry, bass management, lighting and control all affect the final experience.
We care about the demo because it tells the truth. When the room is engineered correctly, you should not be thinking about where the speakers are. You should be inside the soundtrack.
Every theater is calibrated in the actual room. We listen, measure, adjust and listen again. The goal is not a graph that looks impressive—it is a room that makes you want to watch one more scene.
What gets considered
Performance lives in the details.
Room + sightline planning
Screen size, seating, projector throw, viewing angles and architectural coordination.
Immersive audio
Dolby Atmos layouts, subwoofer strategy, amplification and speaker placement.
Acoustics + calibration
Room treatment, DSP, level, delay, crossover and tonal refinement.
Lighting + control
Scenes that disappear into the experience instead of interrupting it.
Serviceability
Ventilation, rack access, documentation and room to evolve later.
Dedicated cinema · Media rooms
The equipment list is only half the design.
A dedicated theater and a multipurpose media room can both deliver serious performance, but they require different decisions about light control, screen technology, speaker placement, acoustics and everyday usability.
Projection geometry, screen size and brightness are resolved with the actual viewing distance and room conditions in mind. The audio system is laid out around real seating positions, not simply the number of speakers that fit in the ceiling. Bass is planned as part of the room, because one powerful subwoofer in the wrong location can still produce uneven seats.
We coordinate racks, ventilation, power, control, lighting and calibration so the finished room remains serviceable. The last step is measurement and listening in the completed space—not shipping a preset and calling the theater finished.
Dedicated theater or media room?Cinema engineering
What happens before the demo.
Projection + display engineering
Projector throw, lens position, screen gain, image size, HDR performance and ambient-light conditions considered together.
Speaker geometry
Front stage, surrounds and Atmos channels positioned from the seating layout instead of treated as decoration.
Bass management
Subwoofer placement, crossover strategy, phase and seat-to-seat consistency tuned for weight without uncontrolled boom.
Acoustics + isolation
Reflection control, absorption, diffusion and sound-isolation decisions matched to the room and adjacent spaces.
Rack + power + thermal
Equipment access, ventilation, clean power and cabling arranged so the system can be maintained instead of excavated.
Calibration + commissioning
Level, delay, crossover, EQ, video settings and control behavior verified in the finished room, then listened to again.
Cinema + audio
The room decides what kind of system belongs in it.
01Media room installation
Cinema performance adapted to a multipurpose living space.
02Two-channel + whole-home audio
Music-first system design, speaker placement and room tuning.
03Lighting + shades
Scene control and daylight management that support the room.
