Humble audio video that
works as one system.
In Humble, we often approach upgrades from the network outward: stabilize the infrastructure, then make the audio, video and automation dependable again.
Our point of view
Reliability usually begins before the television, speaker or touchscreen.
Streaming failures, slow control and disappearing devices are frequently symptoms of a network that was never designed for the number of connected systems in the home.
Once the infrastructure is stable, audio and theater performance can be evaluated on their own merits instead of being masked by connectivity problems.
For whole-home audio, we balance speaker coverage and amplifier loading so daily background music remains smooth at normal listening levels.
Existing automation gets documented as we work so future service becomes faster and less dependent on tribal knowledge.
Designed as one system
The room, the infrastructure and the interface have to agree.
Beautiful performance comes from hundreds of decisions working together. We pay attention to the pieces people see and the engineering they never should have to think about.
What gets considered
Performance lives in the details.
01Network + Wi-Fi stabilization
Managed switching and wireless coverage designed for control, streaming and AV traffic.
02Home theater
Immersive audio and video designed around the room rather than a generic package.
03Whole-home audio
Distributed music with sensible zoning, amplification and volume behavior.
04Smart-home integration
Control that remains simple after the network and devices are properly organized.
05Lighting control
Scenes and keypads that work independently and integrate cleanly with automation.
06System diagnosis
Troubleshooting before replacement for existing AV and automation systems.
The Obsidian standard
Built to perform.
Built to live with.
We do not treat the finish line as “equipment powered on.” The job is complete when the experience feels natural, sounds right, and can be supported after the installation crew leaves.
